in 2006. Unexpected extra features and plenty of space make
this lovely home especially nice for an aviator or auto collector
(automobiles and other vehicles). The 50' X 50' hangar (2500 sq
ft) is completely finished and well-insulated to be heated and cooled as
needed. For convenience the hanger has a 1/2 bath. The 15' X
50 'Hydroswing door allows for an aircraft or several aircraft and or
other vehicles. In addition there is an RV connection and a septic
dump as well as a concrete pad for RV camping.

All streets in this airpark are easements, lots extend to
the center of the runway and there are no common areas. Therefore
there is no HOA. A recorded road maintenance agreement and
covenants and restrictions are in the Deed of Records. Lot owners
share upkeep costs and labor of the runway and streets. There are
three existing homes in the airpark and seven lots. No lots can be
subdivided. There can never be more than seven homes in this
community.
